Cuff Sizing
All cuffs are the standard 6-inch around and are adjustable, so they fit a range of sizes. You can slip it onto the thinnest part of your wrist and twist it around to adjust it to your comfort after you slip it on.
Ring Sizing
First, select a ring that fits for the finger.
Next, measure the diameter opening of that ring.
Use the chart below to determine your ring size.
